COVID-19 GO Trip Update
With the travel restriction imposed and the turmoil and stay at home orders currently in effect in Guatemala, the LifePoint Missions team has decided to cancel our 2020 GO Trip to Guatemala.

Horizons‘ mission is to feed the poor and hungry in our community. You will find LifePoint involved through monthly support and volunteer days. Horizons works through a daily soup kitchen and food pantry, as they meet the immediate needs of families, all while sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. Contact the church office if you are interested in volunteering at Horizons’ pantry or soup kitchen.
Bethesda Grace Church began services in New York City September of 2018 – and we got to help them launch! Chuck Hetzler and his family are moved from Quincy to NYC over the summer of 2018. and we have been excited to help send this local family to plant a church and grow in a strategic global city. Buena Vista Ministerios (Guatemala)
Danny & Kim Lopez serve children and families in need around the San Pedro Las Huertas area through a feeding program and child sponsorship. The ministry partners with the Tabitha House and a special needs orphanage as well. LifePoint sends GO Teams to visit this ministry yearly. Visit their website to lean more about them.
Helping Hands (Athens, Greece)
Helping Hands works to reveal Jesus to refugees by demonstrating and proclaiming the Gospel across Greece. In addition to providing monthly financial support, LifePoint sends short-term mission teams to work alongside Helping Hands and the refugee ministry.
Christmas at LifePoint is busy partnering with Operation Christmas Child as we collect shoeboxes to fill with toys, school supplies, hygiene items, and more. OCC delivers them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way. Visit their website to see the different ways to be involved throughout the year.
Savannah serves as our cross-cultural worker in Southeast Asia. She spends her time learning the language, teaching English, and building relationships as she shares the love and hope of Jesus with those she encounters. She is currently on furrow in Minneapolis, gearing up to return to Southeast Asia in the fall.
